Tony is a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate and highly experienced IT trainer specialising in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting and Microsoft technologies. Since 2014, he has delivered professional training across Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot, Excel, VBA, SQL and the wider Microsoft data platform, including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS.
Before moving into training, Tony developed an extensive career as an analyst programmer and applications developer, including more than 13 years with JPMorgan Chase. His responsibilities covered data quality, business reporting, database development, systems support and agile software development, alongside regular client interaction and the coordination of offshore teams. His earlier roles within the insurance sector further strengthened his technical and commercial experience.
Tony draws on this practical industry background to deliver structured, relevant training that connects technical concepts with genuine workplace challenges. His clear and adaptable approach helps learners at different experience levels build confidence and apply their new skills effectively.
