Lyndsey has been a consultant in Learning and Development for over 9 years and 7 years prior worked for large private and public not for profit sector organisations in Healthcare, Health & Social Care, Waste Management and Social Housing within the L&D team. Lyndsey has a wealth of experience in managing a broad portfolio of tasks gathered from across different workplace environments that can support, challenge, and operate as a critical friend to help and guide organisations to continue to be able to deliver high performance with an engaged and motivated workforce. She has a laid back, and friendly demeanour and gains results by spending time getting to know and understand people and their true development needs.
