Richard

Richard is an executive Coach & Leadership Development Consultant with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Much of Richard’s career has been rooted in the property sector, complemented by experience in hospitality and leisure. Early in his career, he completed leadership training with The Walt Disney Company and Accor Hotels, shaping a strong foundation in customer experience, leadership standards and working across diverse cultures. The values instilled during this time continue to underpin his approach to leadership development — particularly around consistency, behaviour and high standards.

Richard has held senior leadership roles and built award-winning learning and development functions (Sunday Times Awards) within some of the UK’s leading property organisations. In 2018, he established his own consultancy, working with clients across commercial and residential property, residential development, build-to-rent, retirement living, property management, banking, financial services and construction.

His client portfolio includes JLL, Knight Frank, Ballymore, Canary Wharf Group, Lloyds Banking Group, Grainger plc and BNP Paribas Real Estate. He works across a wide range of disciplines including facilities management, sustainability in the built environment, natural capital, large-scale property management, rural estate management and farming, giving him a strong understanding of complex, operationally driven environments.

Earlier in his career, Richard built learning and development capability from the ground up at Foxtons and has held senior and executive-level roles with organisations including, Hamptons International and Countrywide plc, leading large teams and operating at senior leadership level.

Richard is an accomplished executive and team coach, trained and accredited by Henley Business School, the Academy of Executive Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global). He is also a licensed psychometric practitioner.

He is passionate about working with leaders at all levels, helping them to develop self-awareness, build on their strengths and lead with greater clarity, confidence and impact. His work focuses on practical, behaviour-led leadership development that translates directly into performance, culture and results.
