Meet Louise! Louise delivers our Microsoft training. She is a successful training & development professional, with strong communication skills and comes with over 29 years’ experience in the IT training industry. Louise specialises in all things Microsoft e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and being based near Manchester is perfect for assisting our clients in the North.
Louise qualified as an IT tutor and originally began teaching at College before moving into corporate life. She has an infectious sense of humour and love for all things Microsoft with a clear passion for delivering training. She is skilled at quickly putting delegates at ease, turning her hands-on training sessions into a fun and engaging experience.
During her career, Louise worked in the retail industry for 20 years, supporting major system roll-outs, bringing to the forefront her ability to foster client relationships and understand users’ needs and capabilities. She has a wealth of experience in delivering bespoke training sessions, to suit a client’s individual needs.
