With a Master’s degree in Post-16 Education and a strong foundation in adult learning, Monica specialises in creating engaging, inclusive training that meets the needs of diverse audiences. She specialises in professional development, Microsoft Office training, TEFL, and accessibility, supporting organisations to create clear, effective, and inclusive communication.
