PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation (Version 7) provides a structured introduction to one of the world’s most widely used project-management methods. It offers a clear and adaptable framework that can be applied across different industries, organisations and delivery approaches.
The course explores the seven principles, seven practices and seven processes that support a project from its initial concept through to completion. Participants will also consider project roles and responsibilities, communication, people management, sustainability, digital and data considerations, and how the method can be tailored to different project environments. By the end of the course, participants will understand the terminology and core components of PRINCE2 and be better prepared to contribute to a project managed using the method.
Prerequisites : There are no formal prerequisites for attending this course or taking the PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation examination. Previous project-management experience may be helpful, but it is not essential, making the course suitable for both new and experienced project professionals.

The PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation examination consists of 60 multiple-choice questions completed within 60 minutes. It is a closed-book examination, and participants must achieve a score of 60% or higher to pass. This course is suitable for aspiring or recently appointed project managers, project coordinators, project support and PMO professionals, project team members, business-change professionals and managers who contribute to projects.
It is also relevant to sponsors and other stakeholders who want to understand PRINCE2 terminology, governance and ways of working. Previous PRINCE2 knowledge is not required, and prior project experience is helpful but not essential.
