Effective mentoring starts with meaningful conversations and a genuine commitment to helping others grow. This workshop develops the skills needed to build trust, create purposeful connections, and support personal and professional development. Participants will explore practical mentoring techniques that help them guide, encourage, and empower others with confidence.
Mentoring is a unique skill that goes beyond coaching or managing performance. It’s about guiding growth, sharing experience, and inspiring confidence. In a virtual setting, though, it’s easy for mentoring to overlap with coaching or performance discussions. This workshop helps mentors stay focused on what truly matters — building meaningful connections and supporting personal and professional development through effective, purposeful mentoring conversations.
