The course explores the practical application of the seven principles, practices and processes, together with project roles, people management, communication, sustainability and digital information. Participants will learn how to tailor the method to suit a project’s size, complexity, risk and delivery approach.
Prerequisites : Participants must hold an accepted project-management qualification before taking the Practitioner examination. These include PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation (Version 7), an eligible earlier PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner qualification, PMP®, CAPM®, PPQ, PMQ or IPMA Levels A–D.

The PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner examination contains 56 questions and sub-questions worth a total of 70 marks. It is an objective-testing, open-book examination lasting 150 minutes, and candidates must achieve 60% or higher to pass.
