Olivia is an experienced facilitator, coach and learning experience designer with over 25 years of experience working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Having worked with organisations including Deloitte, the Greater London Authority and the Commonwealth Foundation, she brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, project management, organisational change and team collaboration.
Known for her creative, engaging and people-centred approach, Olivia designs interactive learning experiences that encourage fresh thinking, meaningful conversations and practical problem-solving. Rather than relying on traditional training methods, she adapts her sessions to the needs of each group, creating an inclusive environment where participants feel confident sharing ideas, challenging perspectives and developing new skills.
