Mary

Mary is an experienced leadership facilitator, human resources consultant and executive coach with more than 25 years’ experience working with organisations across a wide range of industries. She has been an independent consultant since 2004 and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Mary specialises in leadership development, executive coaching, communication and presentation skills, emotional intelligence, change management and organisational development.

Drawing on a strong background in senior human resources roles and consultancy, Mary brings extensive practical experience to every programme she delivers. She has designed and facilitated learning for people at all levels, from emerging and frontline leaders through to senior executives. Her approach combines current thinking in leadership, coaching and neuroscience with practical tools that help people strengthen their confidence, improve their performance and make lasting changes in the workplace.

Throughout her career, Mary has worked with leading organisations including Rio Tinto, Qantas, ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, KPMG, ALDI, Salesforce and the Reserve Bank of Australia. Her engaging and approachable style enables her to build a strong rapport with learners while creating relevant, inclusive and thought-provoking learning experiences. Based in Sydney, Mary delivers training and coaching throughout Sydney and the surrounding area, as well as across Queensland.
