Over the past decade, Katja has designed and delivered leadership and communication programmes for organisations across the financial services, social media and professional services sectors. Working with clients around the world, she has helped create positive momentum across a wide range of cultural and organisational environments.
During her time at LifeHikes, formerly known as Own The Room, Katja led the design of several flagship training programmes. These included Communication Essentials for Women, Coach & Connect for Managers and C-Suite Conversations.
Katja began her career at Rotterdam’s largest bookstore, where she developed a lasting passion for learning, clarity and connection. Today, she brings that same enthusiasm to her work with organisations across the globe, helping their people strengthen relationships, develop their capabilities and achieve their full potential.
