Strong communication and management skills allows Claire to confidently speak at different levels depending on the individual, that is both credible and easy to understand. Highly effective at developing and implementing systems and processes smoothly and with little guidance.
Claire specialises in talent, senior leadership development, and working with businesses on their HR strategy and implementation of appraisal and performance management processes, including introduction of role competencies and behaviours. Claire is CIPD level 7 qualified chartered MCIPD and an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
