Stimulating and Engaging. Well organised, fun and engaging trainer who kept us entertained all day with activities breaking up the day nicely.

Sally was fantastic, all the staff really enjoyed the teaching style and said how valuable they found the training. A couple of team members said it was the best course they'd been on.

I thought it was well paced and entertaining but with learnings to take away that people brought in themselves. Wouldn't change this session. Great to see the team working together and thinking through ways to improve what we already do well. Diving into what makes us tick but then thinking about why we do things and purpose behind it meant we could open up and focus on what means the most to us and to our clients. Great fun and lessons/actions were taken away.

Everyone enjoyed the course – Nina was great, positive, lively and interesting. She timed everything perfectly and made herself available at the end to answer any questions. All in all, really positive feedback from us all and do pass on my thanks to Nina.
