I just wanted to drop you an email following the training this week with Mary. It was some of the best training I have ever had, it was delivered well, interactive, interesting and it was related to our sector. To be honest us quality folk can be a tough crowd but I am glad to report this wasn’t the case this week, Mary made everyone feel at ease and there was lots of sharing of previous experiences that were related to the course. The content was really interesting for me personally and a few others I spoke with too, elements of philosophy (currently trying to learn more here myself) and psychology that were covered. Mary is a credit to the team, I wanted to thank her and you and the wider team for arranging this and delivering something that exceeded our expectations. We don’t always share positive feedback, so I hope this is a good message to receive at the end of the week. I would definitely recommend to others!

The course was really well received by the team and our Manager has already commented that he has seen a positive change in some of the team’s behaviours and approach to situations. All of the attendees were really positive about Lyndsey’s style and approach and they found her very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
