The session went well, Michele and I can now access our reports through our own laptops and we can update them manually. There was quite a bit of fiddling needed by our IT team so it was very helpful to have them on the call as well. We found Tony to be very professional and helpful, calm and methodical. Tony was very patient with us non-technical lot (me mainly), we would be very happy to use him again if the need arose.

Lots of variety, well explained with examples and I felt comfortable learning

Tony made the course both detailed and easy to keep pace with and able to answer any queries or issues we experienced. I would highly recommend this course to any of my colleagues.

I was able to attend the course and I thought it was brilliant and very inciteful! Tony was possibly the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever met in regard to Microsoft programmes and I feel I learnt a huge amount that I can use from the course.
