Trainer was good and knew the subject well. He asked questions to encourage us to engage.

It was a very good balance of Instruction and practical examples. Trainer was very good.

Course was well delivered - Trainer made the course entertaining and had a good rappor with the group.

Trainer explained everything well and clearly. Lots of new content but covered a good amount that wasn't too difficult to take in.

Everyone who attended was at different levels of knowledge of Word and they all got lots out of it. A couple of delegates needed a lot of supporting through the training and the trainer was very patient with them, this did not stop the flow of the entire session. Material was received well, Trainer's delivery was excellent and she was able to pick up when individuals were behind and helped them without it hindering anyone else.

Trainer had a very kind and calming approach, I learnt some great new tricks, Thank you so much.
