We really enjoyed the training and found it very useful. We’re keen now to implement a lot of what we discussed and feel it has helped us to either cement our knowledge that we are doing some things right or steer us in a direction where we were unsure.

I have completed the feedback questionnaire directly to Network Rail but would also like to say how much I enjoyed that training course. I’d happily say it was by far the best training I have received in ten years of working for Network Rail! Mostly thanks to Tony for the exceptional delivery of the course. I wish all of our training could be done by someone who actually knows what they’re talking about and wants to teach people effectively!
