Trainer was very helpful by offering his assistance to support and guide team members with their live spreadsheets. He also took time to find out our abilities at the start of the course.

Everyone who attended was at different levels of knowledge of Word and they all got lots out of it. A couple of delegates needed a lot of supporting through the training and the trainer was very patient with them, this did not stop the flow of the entire session. Material was received well, Trainer's delivery was excellent and she was able to pick up when individuals were behind and helped them without it hindering anyone else.
