Strategy & Approach
Elliott Training worked closely with National Grid to design and deliver a tailored programme covering communication, influencing, presentation skills, public speaking, technical writing, assertiveness, and Microsoft applications including Excel and Copilot.
Every programme was customised to reflect National Grid’s culture, language, and workplace challenges. Sessions were delivered by experienced consultants through a blend of virtual and face-to-face formats, providing flexibility while maintaining a highly interactive learning experience.
The focus throughout was on practical application, helping participants build confidence, develop new skills, and create lasting behavioural change that could be transferred directly back into the workplace.
