Wessex Water are in the process of moving all their “Above Ground” Field Service Users (of which there are 500+) to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Their current Click Mobile and Click Schedule and WAM systems are no longer supported, so they needed to move to a more robust cloud based product. Elliott Training and their team of 3 consultants were selected to work on this contract, which has involved familiarisation with the various sytems, designing the training courses and then travelling throughout the South West delivering these courses over a period of 3 months. This project started in January 2022 and is due to be complete by July 2023.
