Justin is extremely passionate about learning, and is ready, and able to prove its effectiveness in any organisation! A strong communicator, with structural, social, and conceptual preferences, underpinned by an expressive and assertive style, with the ability to flex to any situation.
Whether a cooking class in Vietnam, trekking through the northern hills of Thailand, or bungee jumping from South Africa’s highest bridge, Justin loves to challenge himself through adventure and travel. He has run seven marathons, and always tempted by an 8th! He loves cooking for friends, and enjoys even more watching it disappear in a fraction of the time it took to curate! As a father of two, priority has shifted to integrating the best job in the world with everything else he wishes to achieve as a professional!
Justin has worked in the hospitality industry for many years and has been responsible for leading the learning experience for Hotel and Corporate Team members across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has created and delivered Management Development Programmes, including the launch for a 3-tier Centre of Excellence Store Manager development programme.
