Bronwyn Crawford

Bronwyn is a versatile leadership and HR consultant who builds committed relationships with clients. Since 2013, she has helped organisations large and small and adapt and improve via change.

  • Overseeing and leading change management projects. Engaging with employees to maximise participation and effectiveness. Guiding the communication and perception of employees.  Minimising employee resistance to change and protecting the wellbeing of the business.
  • Ensuring project goals are met and executed. Mentoring, supporting and empowering those in leadership positions. As well as reporting to stakeholders and identifying ways to measure return on investment, she helps organisations celebrate the milestones met along the path to retain motivation and momentum across the team. Concentrating on employee development, behavioural and culture change through training and identifying any recruitment requirements.
