I thought it was well paced and entertaining but with learnings to take away that people brought in themselves. Wouldn't change this session.
Great to see the team working together and thinking through ways to improve what we already do well. Diving into what makes us tick but then thinking about why we do things and purpose behind it meant we could open up and focus on what means the most to us and to our clients. Great fun and lessons/actions were taken away.

Teams Training
Just wanted to say Sarah we all thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was very informative, easy to follow and the trainer was great, he also adapted to fit our needs and answered any questions we had along the way. All staff who attended agreed that they learned lots of new tips and tricks which is going to save us so much time!
Thank you for delivering this course, we are hoping to book some more advanced courses in the future too.
