Hi Sarah, I just wanted to let you know that the training with Jacqui yesterday went really well, we were really pleased with the quality and content of the training. It was spot on and exactly what we wanted for our team. The team here are quite young and relatively inexperienced with regards to more formal/professional training courses so I think they were all petrified that they would have engage in some form of role play or be picked on to stand in front of the group and talk! However, Jacqui was bubbly and confident and really worked hard to make everyone feel comfortable. It wasn’t long before the team were in the swing of things – they are naturally quite a quiet group of people so I was able to reassure Jacqui in this sense! It was a huge success and I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Jacqui and yourself for all your hard work and assistance in making yesterday happen for us.
