Overview

Most organisations have complex systems of internal & external stakeholders.  Managing those relationships in a collaborative and productive way is a key skill for leaders.  The course takes a look at WHO they are, HOW you are managing them, WHEN you refresh your approach.  This programme will be real time & allows delegates time to pull together their own plan.

  • Understand the motivations of others / Influencing decision makers – 1:1 & in groups
  • To identify the stakeholders in your circle of influence – internal, 3rd party suppliers etc
  • Learn a process of categorising the importance & communication strategy for those stakeholders
  • Understand why relationships flourish or falter
